I love beaches as i can go sentosa everyday if you want me to, until my skin is dark till like indian and till skin cancer. I'll apply sun tanning oil whenever i go to beaches! Yesterday training was totally awesome
Why would i say that because.......
I couldn't even stand properly after im out of the boat
My palm is all of blisters
My lex is having a good sore
My lower back is aching good
My energy is way burn out to 0%
6 more days to race
Its all on teamwork. Do all your best and all out for it

I know i have been rotting well with my blog for the past serveral weeks. Am very shag because i'm just back from training. :) Competiton is getting closer. I'm feeling the tension. :) Efforts pays off. Im gonna work double hard about it. My holiday just started. :) Few weeks of my resting cum training and it will be my attachment month already :) Pray hard everything goes well. I got alot of things to post about. But i'm just so lazy to do it. :) I got alot of overdue picture have yet to show it to all of you here. :D those happy moments where we have together. :D i'll find one day where there's no training and nothing so that i can post all the pictures :) I'll just stop here.
