Friday Training
Wake up early in the morning and took the 1st bus from malaysia all the way to jurong east via tuas custom!~ Get prepared and everything and head on to woodland's stadium as it was their Sport's days! Hurray. && was also my day too. Being invited from Mr Gary Ong to take part in wdl sec invitational relay 4x100m run. Was a good race but can be better. Get 2nd position. Because weisiang was late for the run and call-ed a sub last min.Everything goes down the drain =(.but its okay.At least we come in 2nd. If weisiang was here on time for the competition, i have the confident to come in 1st. Well everything is over, good job guys! See ya next year again on the battle ground!
After that, Rush down to kallang river for Dragonboat Sea training as usual. But its the 1st time for CWDB to have a 20man and a 10man boat. Was superb! Quite lotsa new comer attend the training.Hope they will come for training regulary. And most important things~ We have a new coach! Mr Jackson~ i could say he's a great coach, great instructor. willing to teach us for being unpaid. i give u my full respect. Ever since he came, it brought our team to greater heights! We must buck up and put in lotsaa effort. Jackson, rest assured, We won't let you down! Wads his aim? To beat down NP. and at least get in to final. We will give our very best! we wont let u down.

HEY HEY GUYS!!
If you don't know, Let me tell you!! It's my birthday dude!! Sweet 17 =) "Zhu wo shen ri kuai le, Wo dui zi ji shuo" x3 Have lotsa fun ytd night till today morning cause i torn-ed! xD Went into singapore arnd 3plus and rush-ed to bedok to watch our senior for PA dragonboat race! They are zai alright! 4 league altogether and they come in 3 time of 2nd and a time of 1st! izznt it great, good? xD hahs..im happy for them!! So after everything, we went to tampinese mall to have our dinner~! As usual, Lech territory! He rule tampine -.- LOLS !~ So after that our dinner, dismiss!
Went to interchange and tahe 969 alone back to woodlands and meet terance.. Went to his house to put my belonging and went down to find adward and gang! LOLS.. and start to torn! And this gets really interesting!~ We have around 11 people if im nort wrong.Alright.! Let me list out the name of the TORN-ERS! Me, Terance, Adward, Chiu yian, Ah john, Xiao pang, Josh, Zac, Wei hong, Sengtat , Manling && 2 of ah john's friend xD. Havoc!~ wei hong and xiao pang both owe one bike. so we have 2. And we go for a ride. Was really "shiok" and super duper fuper buble fast alright! 140km/hr! Helmet almost fly out..so excited and enjoyed alort. Thanks alort guys for such a nice night wif u'all xD we have fun as ah john is a good entertainer xD PowderFool! Haha.. Everytime when i'm happy wif my friends! I'll think of you too. Are u happy? Wo xiang nian ni.. hen xiang ni..Hope that u still rmb today is my bdae.

Gonna check it out soon ! alright!, Training schedule ~ 10 rounds of running! warm ups! ahhhh~ circuit time! . pushup 30, situp 20, jump 10, shuttle run 6 rounds in one shot. and must complete 3 sets..wahs.. very tiring alright. but at least i benefit something! den go in cardio room..pull 5km in 20mins.oh my gosh! =( hahas..jiayooOs! den went to do gym circuit..Frankly speaking.. Im looking forward to the june race. i wanna make my mark. give my very best for the CWDB team. hhas.. and excel for both my studies and cca. give my best ! chiong. kakakakassss. o.O =)) alright i'll stop here for today. and i miss u girl. who the fucking world damn hell will know?
